What You’ll Need
For the base:
- 2 Large Slices of Bread (or 4 small slices of bread)
- 1 Avocado
For the toppings:
- 1 Egg
- a pinch of chili flakes
- 1/2 cup of arugula
- 1 tsp of hemp seeds
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 6-8 blackberries

To make the toasts:
