This was the first time running in two weeks after I had been training for the cycle leg in the Nantucket Iron Man Relay. Also my first full week running after being away at school, then traveling in Europe. I’m trying to get back to where I was at this point last year.
First run felt so slow, mostly because I lacked wheels.
- Tues: 5 miles
- Weds: 3 miles
- Thurs: 4.2 miles
- Sat: 2.5 miles (First beach run. Way harder than it looks.)
- Sun: 6 miles
Total: 20.7 miles
