Past Week’s Run (Sun 7.2 – Mon 7.8)

I plan my runs a little in advance based on my schedule at work. For example, days when I have a double (with a 1.5 hr break between) I’ll run 3 miles and days I only work until 5pm I try to run over 5 miles. Hopefully the 3 milers end up being faster paced and help me work on speed.

  • Mon: 3.01 miles
  • Tues: 5.02 miles
  • Thurs: 5.4 miles
  • Fri: 3.1 miles
  • Sat: 5.52 miles
  • Sun: 12 mile Rollerblade

Fastest average pace: 8:27 min/mi

total miles: 22.04 miles
