So it’s that time of year when my hair feels like it’s about to fall out and 5 hours of sleep feels luxurious. I love being busy, but it is frustrating to not have a ton of time to concentrate on a good workout or run.
It’s no secret, I hate treadmills. When I go to they gym I’m usually all about strength, the erg, the stairstepper, cycling classes and basically anything but the mill.
However, I made a bargain with myself: 2 treadmill runs a week, 1 5k and 1 5 mile interval.
It turns out the hardest part is getting on. I just have to make a killer workout playlist to get me there.
How do you cope with busy schedules and lack of outdoor running time?
