Beating Treadmill-phobia

November 5, 2012 by Georgie @ The Long Run

Sometimes when I’m busy and don’t get a ton of time to spend at the gym I get treadmill phobia. I’ll go for days without running because I get worked up about how much I think I hate it. But when I finally stop being a wuss and just use the darn thing I end up feeling so much better. Running really is my favorite. It’s the hardest, which is why it’s always the thing that makes you feel the best.

I guess that’s how most fears and hang ups build up, they start small then just snowball. Let’s hope this week I can rock the mill. And hey if the weather likes me I might even get a real run outside?

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you
knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates.
I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have
some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything.
I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward
    to your new updates.

Spot on with this write-up, I truly think this website needs far more attention. I’ll probably be
back again to read more, thanks for the advice!
