The Mix it Up! Treadmill Workout

Quick (not so easy) interval workout for those days you’re stuck on the treadmill

On 90 degree days in humid New York City sometimes a relaxing evening run in the park isn’t so enjoyable, so I’m stuck on the treadmill.

These crazy hot days are why I’m stuck inside at the gym to get my endorphins in, but I find a way to make it work by mixing things up and making it a game.
