Today’s post is short and sweet. While I’m sure you’re hearing this from all sides today, gratitude is one of the best gifts we can give to ourselves.
Something I want to work on is practicing gratitude daily, because I know how lucky I am and a little gratitude each morning can shape an entire day.
Here are the top 5 things I’m grateful for in 2013
- My health: Both physical and mental. I’ve never been happier in my own skin.
- The opportunities I’ve had to travel and live in amazing cities.
- My family – I might be biased, but they’re the best.
- New and old friends- even though I’m the worst at staying in touch I think of you all the time.
- My amazing experiences at Ithaca College and the education and opportunities I’m recieving there.
Question Time:
- What are have you been grateful for this year?
Grateful for knowing you!
I’m grateful to have children(of all ages) in my life- my own, my relatives & friends children, as well as the wonders I work with. They all represent where I have been, where I am standing, and my (and all of ours) future. Truly blessed
