If you read my posts over the weekend about battling winter funk and my dysfunctional run you might be a bit worried that I’ve turned into a squishy gray blob or maybe that I’ve fallen into a snow pile and can’t get up. But no fear! This week has been great because I decided I wanted to to be great. Tonight I’m heading down to NYC with my best friend for a networking event. I wish I could stay for more than 24 hours but it will be a lot of fun nevertheless.
To help shake things up this week, I’m making an effort to have a different breakfast every morning. If you’ve seen any of my past WIAW posts you’ve probably noticed I eat a lot of greek yogurt for breakfast. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, I just wanted to add a little variety in the morning. Next week I’ll be posting all my different breakfasts from the week.
But I’ll get to the point and show you what I ate (cuz that’s why we’re here):
Thanks, as always, to Jen for hosting WIAW

So there you have it! I was amazed how much energy I had during my run. I felt like I had to drag myself onto the treadmill but once I got there I felt like a different human took my place. I didn’t have a ton of time but I had to keep going because I didn’t want to waste the burst of energy I had.
Question Time:
- What’s your favorite go-to breakfast?
- What your favorite thing to order when you go out to breakfast?

I really like having and egg on toast in the mornings. So easy and quick, but definitely a favorite.
Classic combo!
I always have the sweet-or-savory debate when I got out to breakfast. It’s usually between an egg white omelette with cheese and peppers or pancakes 🙂
Ahh yes definitely the hardest part is deciding savory or sweet! I usually go with whatever is the special of the day – sometimes if you’re lucky there can be a bit of both
