Happy Wednesday Everyone! It’s first #WIAW I’ve done in a little while, but it’s good to be back. I love finding new bloggers through the linkup and I always get a lot of great meal inspiration. These posts are never meant to make anyone want to compare or think “I can’t believe she ate that” just a fun way to swap ideas and find new blogs (and revisit old favs).
This week is my final finals week eva! I have one more project/presentation tonight and then I’m done for gooood! I can’t believe it. All this graduation nonsense is coming so fast I don’t think it will hit me that it’s all over until next August when I don’t go back.
Truthfully I hate transitions and I’m not good at goodbyes. Sometimes I just slink away and hope no one notices because saying goodbye feels final and I’m in denial.
Ah well, this is what I ate yesterday (Tuesday) while I was working and presenting my final art project:
AM Coffee (actually this was an iced soy latte because I had a full punch card- what what!) Greek Yogurt with almond butter, jam, craisins and bananas
Salad from Wegmans with greens, edamame, tofu, craisins, peppers, carrots & cashews with a ginger dressing.
New protein bar: Rise – they only have 5 ingredients are 200 calories and have 20 grams of protein so I had to try it! Not the most incredible tasting thing in the world but not bad.
Pesto Salmon, Avocado and Asparagus < so yummy
Actually had 2 apples – one before lunch and one after dinner… woops they’re so flippin good.
I’m starting to go into “use up what you got” mode now that the countdown is less than 2 weeks. So many things I think “I’ll do that after I move” but the scary part is I don’t have a new place yet…That’s this weekend’s adventure: apartment hunting in Princeton (area).
Have a lovely week!
Question Time:
- Are you good with transitions/goodbyes?
- When your coffee punch card is full, and you get a free drink, what it is?

I saw that rise bar at whole foods the other day and almost got it. It’s like a larabar but with protein powder!
Congratulations on graduating! Transition is tough but this is an exciting time. You get to celebrate an accomplishment you have been working of for many years. Enjoy it! BTW I nominated you for a Liebster Award, check it out in my latest post.
