Don’t Miss Any Long Run Vegetarian Thanksgiving Recipes

I had fun with last week’s super simple post. I’m a very visual person, the first thing I notice or care about a blog is the story they tell with their images and design. To be honest, my favorite part of WIAW is hearing from you. Food is a wonderful way to connect with people, so let’s sneak a peek at what I ate yesterday then I want to hear from you!
Smoothie Bowl: berries, nanas, protein, spinach, kefir – topped w/ granola, sunflower seeds & coconut

Fall Bowl: Delicata squash, brussels sprouts & quinoa salad

That salad….I want it now! I never buy sunflower seeds (don’t know why) but I do love them so I’m going to try to remember.

With the Halloween over the weekend, I had two costumes: a 1920s flapper and sriracha. The sriracha was definitely a hot hit!

That’s all you need! Luckily both my sister and I are in the same boat so we’re always pretty well covered for veggie options. Glad we connected!

Delicata might be my favorite! It’s a lot milder in texture than acorn and has an amazing caramelized sweetness when roasted – definitely give it a try!
