Did you know December 4th is National Cookie Day?! Heck yes. But let’s be real, I definitely don’t need a foodie holiday to tell me to eat a cookie. I’m gonna go ahead and say that next to ice cream, cookies are my favorite type of dessert. Fresh outta the oven? Fuggedaboutit.

You know what else I love? Making cookies that are delicious and healthier! Yes, my friends it can be done.
