LOVED this episode. it’s so awesome to hear other women coming out of the closet about their transition OUT of veganism. it is definitely a scary and emotionally and physically even spiritually difficult experience. it’s so great to know I’m not the only one and to have other people to reach out to about this. I def. reccomend you listen to the podcast ReWild Yourself episode called The Hidden Cost of Veganism . it is so important and the information is ridiculous. everyone should listen to it!
just know Georgia, that your real community on the internet will support you no matter what you decide for your life and its wellbeing the only people who will leave or take it personally are those who don’t have your best interest at heart, and honestly, you don’t want those people in your life anyways!!
